CORPORATE WELLBEING WORKSHOPS
WORKSHOPS
Mind Your Grit runs corporate wellbeing workshops and team workshops for organisations of every size, from large conferences to intimate leadership teams. They are designed to go beyond information and into real behaviour change: interactive, practical and built around the people in the room. Workshops are available in-person or virtually across three formats:
Large Teams and Conferences — High-energy sessions focused on practical tools for mental health and wellbeing that every person in the room can take away and use immediately.
Leadership Teams — Targeted workshops that help leadership teams optimise their collective mental fitness and build a genuine culture of psychological safety.
Small Group and Team Workshops — More intimate sessions that bring leaders and their teams together to have honest conversations and create the conditions for sustainable wellbeing.
Topics can include the following, however bespoke options are available:
Wellbeing for Sustainable Performance- A practical, evidence-based workshop that helps people understand the physiological and psychological drivers of performance, so they can build habits that sustain output over the long term rather than burning out.
Mindset Reset- Moving from Limiting Beliefs to Growth and GRIT Mindset, this workshop explores the neuroscience behind why our brains construct limiting beliefs in the first place, and gives participants the tools to rewire those patterns and build a mindset grounded in grit, adaptability and deliberate forward momentum.
The Energy Advantage- A practical, science-backed workshop built around Protect, Pace and Perform, this session helps people move from managing time to managing energy, giving participants the tools to guard against burnout, work with their natural rhythms, and tap into the inputs that generate sustainable high performance.
Accidental Counsellor- Designed for leaders and managers who regularly find themselves holding the emotional weight of their teams, this workshop builds the skills and boundaries to respond with care and competence, without taking on what isn't theirs to carry.
Team Wellbeing in the Age of AI- A workshop for leaders navigating organisational change who want to understand how change impacts team wellbeing, and how to lead through uncertainty in a way that builds trust and psychological safety rather than eroding it.
Psychosocial Safety- A workshop that cuts through compliance language to help leaders understand what psychosocial safety actually looks, sounds and feels like in practice — and how to build it within their teams.
"The best session I have done at the bank in the 20 years I have been here." — David, Banker, NAB

FAQs
How much does a corporate wellbeing workshop cost?
1
Workshop pricing depends on group size, format and length. Get in touch with your team size and what you're looking to achieve, and you'll have an itemised quote back quickly.
How far in advance do we need to book?
2
Most corporate wellbeing workshops are booked 4 to 8 weeks out, though shorter timeframes can often be accommodated. Enquire early if you have a conference or fixed date to work around.
Is this a one-off session or an ongoing program?
3
Both options are available. Many teams start with a single wellbeing workshop and build into an ongoing program once they see the impact.
Is this just another wellbeing box-tick exercise?
4
No. This isn't a lunchtime yoga session or a poster on the breakroom wall. Every workshop is built around real behaviour change, backed by evidence, and designed to actually shift how your people work and lead, not just tick a compliance box.
