With a background spanning HR, middle office, and frontline leadership across banking and corporate environments, I understand the unique pressures that come with leading at every level of an organisation- the politics, the people challenges, the weight of decisions, and the pace that leaves little room to stop and reflect.

I also know what happens when leaders don't prioritise their own wellbeing, because I've lived it. My approach to coaching is direct, practical, and grounded in both real-world experience and post graduate study in Psychology.
