Leadership in a Day is a focused, full-day experience for leadership teams who want to understand themselves and each other more deeply, and translate that understanding into stronger ways of working. Before the day, each team member completes a strengths-based assessment so everyone arrives with a clear picture of what they each bring and how those strengths interact across the team.

I've sat in the rooms you're sitting in. With a background spanning HR, middle office, and frontline leadership across banking and corporate environments, I understand the unique pressures that come with leading at every level of an organisation- the politics, the people challenges, the weight of decisions, and the pace that leaves little room to stop and reflect.
I also know what happens when leaders don't prioritise their own wellbeing, because I've lived it. My approach to coaching is direct, practical, and grounded in both real-world experience and post graduate study in Psychology. We work on the mindset, behaviours, and skills that help you lead with confidence and build the kind of environment where your team can genuinely thrive.
